Battery diaphragm testing machine used for puncture resistance performance test, the sample is clamped in a fixed fixture, equipped with puncture needle moving fixture at a set speed to the sample, until the puncture sample, the dynamic fixture contains a force value sensor, can be real-time monitoring of the puncture process force value changes, so as to obtain the puncture force of the sample. In addition, the fixture is equipped with a displacement sensor to monitor the deformation of the sample.

(1) Use a sampler to cut 5 samples from the surface of the battery diaphragm sample to be tested.
(2) Set the test speed, sample name, test times and other parameters on the equipment control software, clip the sample in a special fixture, and install the puncture needle. Click the "test" option to start the test. The puncture needle moves to Pierce the sample according to the set test speed. The device displays the change of force value in real time and reports the puncture force value at the end of the test.
(3) Repeat sample clamping and click test to test the puncture force values of the remaining 4 samples.
6. Test results
The puncture force test values of the five samples were 5.3N, 5.6N, 5.5N, 5.4N, and 5.3N, respectively. The puncture resistance of the tested battery diaphragm sample was 5.42N, the average of the test results of the five samples.
